Product is always carefully and securely packaged and shipped via a third party carrier.

As to ensure product freshness, shipments go out only on Monday through Wednesday (excluding Holidays)

Although we package and ship the product to arrive on your requested delivery date, we must rely on the third party carrier to deliver your product, thus your package may arrive one or two dayseither before or after. Confirming any exact time delivery is also beyond our control.
 

Please understand delays outside our control also occur due to the following: weather, product availability, holiday rush season, rural area constraints, lack of response by the recipient, incorrect address information entered, invalid delivery date entered and other conditions outside our control.

An $11.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.
